a locally based shipping agency, is looking for a keen, hardworking and motivated Port Agent to join its team. The role is responsible for ensuring that vessel activities and services are carried out efficiently and professionally.
Candidates should be fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish, well organised, well mannered, presentable and computer literate. A minimum of five GCSEs is required, including English, Spanish and Mathematics; ICT is preferred. Experience or knowledge of the maritime industry or port operations would be a strong advantage.
The position involves duty and shift work. Remuneration will be based on experience.
