We’re recruiting a Software, Control & Instrumentation Officer

We are inviting Applications from persons who by virtue of their citizenship are entitled to take up employment and who are, or on employment will be, resident in Gibraltar.

We are looking for aSoftware, Control & Instrumentation Officerwho has completed a degree level qualification in electrical engineering, electronics, computer engineering, or systems engineering, with a minimum of a year hands-on experience in instrumentation, PLCs, Operational Technology and Computer Systems.

This role is based in a heavy industrial environment. An essential part of the job includes the provision of technical and work force support to the Software, Control & Instrumentation Engineer, ensuring plant reliability and efficiency, value for money, manpower efficiency, legal compliance, as well as high process and Health & Safety standards.

We are offering a permanent position based on a 37 hour, 5-day week, with a starting salary of £45,195 and the opportunity to plan for your future by participating in a contributory pension scheme.
