Reporting to the Sportsbook Event Planning Manager within the Trading Operations department, this role will be responsible for all operational aspects of live scheduling, manual and automated creation of events in line with local regulations and bet settlements in line with agreed processes and procedures. You will also be responsible for proactively resolving any operational issues, documenting key processes and continually monitoring feed quality to ensure that we deliver a great player experience to our customers.

You will also be required to work a variable shift pattern which includes days, evenings, weekends and public holidays and may also include early mornings and late evenings working hours to meet the needs of the business.

What you will do

  • Manual and automated creation ofmarkets in accordancetolocal complianceregulations and agreed SLAs, ensuring that all criteria and description is managed correctly

  • Monitoring of start/closing times in real time and alerts to ensure optimized efficiency

  • Continuouslymonitoringfeed quality and proactively ensuring best feedselectionfor fastest live data

  • Responsible in settling markets both manually and automatically and resolve conflicts that might arise in line with agreed process and guidelines.

  • Collaborating closely and aligning with stakeholders in the Control & Compliance team to ensure that event marketscomply withdifferent regulations and integrity

  • Responsible in building live scheduling rotations and assignments in line with the Sporting calendar to ensure that resource is well planned and that wemaintain 24/7 coverage.

  • Responsible in creating andmaintainingdetailed process guidelines and documentation that will help the team to ensure that correct process isapplied at all times

  • Proactively investigate and resolve any operational issues (live scheduling/settlements/event creation)in a timely manner, escalating whereappropriate

  • Resolving escalations such as bet resettlements, voided bets, feed quality, in play trading conflicts etc.

  • Work a variable shift pattern including evenings,weekendsand public holidays to meet the needs of the business

Your experience

  • Previousexperience in a similar operational role within Sportsbettingand knowledge of the Sporting calendar

  • Ability to work in afast pacedenvironment and under pressure to strict timelines/deadlines

  • Excellentproblem solvingskills, with an ability to use own initiative in dealing with operational problems.

  • Excellent attention to detail and highly organised

  • Can work to a good standard inkey ”Office” tools (Teams, Excel, Word, Power Point,Onedrive)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is essential

  • Proactive,self drivenand motivated

  • Flexibility and willingness to work on a variable shift schedule that will include mornings, evenings,weekendsand public holidays.

  • Previousexperience with working with suppliers and in an operationalcapacitywould be an advantage.
