The Lounge Gastro Bar is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join its expanding kitchen operation.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week over a five-day week, with no split shifts and two days off together.

The successful candidate will work alongside an excellent team of professionals in a fresh-food kitchen environment.

Requirements include:

• Previous experience in a sous chef or similar senior kitchen role.
• A good understanding of the English language.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well as part of a professional kitchen team.
• Experience working with fresh food.
• Good creativity and close attention to detail.
