Brunch IT Gibraltar is hiring a Sales-Focused Waiter / Waitress to join its team in Casemates Square.

The role is part-time, with hours to be agreed, and offers daytime shifts only. The employer's stated opening hours are Monday to Friday 09:00-16:00 and Saturday to Sunday 09:00-16:30.

The ideal candidate will:

• Love hospitality and enjoy working with customers.
• Bring positive energy and a friendly attitude to each shift.
• Be confident with customers and focused on creating memorable experiences.
• Be sales-minded and enjoy recommending menu items, specials and add-ons.
• Be motivated by targets and comfortable in a busy environment.
• Be fluent in English; Spanish is an advantage.

Duties include customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, promoting menu items and specials, building guest relationships, supporting daily sales targets, and keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming.
