Promotions & Propositions Fulfilment Executive - Gibraltar - 12 Month FTC

This is ahybridrole based in. As aSportsbook Proposition & Promotions Executive, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Sportsbook promotions that attract, reward and retain customers across one of the UK's most recognised betting brands. You'll play a key role in optimising promotional performance, maximising ROI, and helping shape a market-leading customer proposition.

Reporting to theProposition Manager, you will be part of theSportsbook Proposition Team, supporting the creation and execution of the Sportsbook proposition strategy. You'll work closely with teams across CRM, Performance Marketing, Content, Brand Marketing, Operations and Compliance to deliver seamless promotional campaigns and product launches. You'll also analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive initiatives that enhance customer engagement and commercial performance.

You Will:

• Support the creation and delivery of the Sportsbook proposition and promotional calendar.
• Manage the execution of promotional campaigns, including mechanics, customer offers, and stakeholder coordination.
• Analyse campaign performance, customer engagement, promotional spend, and ROI to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Content, Operations and Compliance teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and promotional strategies to help shape future initiatives.

You Have:

• Experience planning, launching, and evaluating customer-facing promotional campaigns.
• Experience working across multiple projects and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of customer retention, promotions, loyalty, or customer engagement strategies.
• Strong analytical experience, including reporting on campaign performance and identifying actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using data to support commercial decision-making.
• A strong interest in sports and an understanding of what engages sports betting audiences.
