Project Coordinator (Office)

is recruiting a Project Coordinator (Office) in Gibraltar.

The Office Projects Coordinator will plan, coordinate and monitor projects so they are completed on time, within budget and in line with company standards.

The role includes:

• Coordinating and monitoring projects from start to completion.
• Preparing project plans, schedules and progress reports.
• Liaising with internal departments, suppliers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Tracking project budgets, expenses and resource allocation.
• Organising project meetings and maintaining project documentation.
• Monitoring project timelines and identifying risks or delays.
• Supporting office relocations, renovations and process improvements.
• Preparing reports and presentations for management.

Applicants should have:

• A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in project coordination or office administration.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
