E 1 Suites & Spa is looking for a Host to join its team in Gibraltar.

Guests and visitors to the aparthotel and spa are accustomed to high levels of customer service, and the E 1 Host role is focused on maintaining that standard from the moment guests arrive.

The successful applicant will help oversee the smooth running of hotel operations and the E 1 reception desk, supporting the aparthotel's targets and helping to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining excellent service standards for guests and visitors.
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the E 1 reception desk.
• Helping manage parking facilities and inventory.
• Assisting with minor guest requests.
• Reporting maintenance and health and safety concerns.
• Identifying opportunities to promote the facilities and services available throughout E 1 Suites & Spa.
• Leading confidently when a manager is not present.

Applicants should have:

• Fluent professional English, written and spoken.
• Additional languages, which would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• A proactive approach and the confidence to lead when needed.
• A positive team attitude and the ability to motivate colleagues.
