El Martillo Ltd. is looking for a Hospitality & Guest Services Assistant to join its team in Gibraltar on a seven-day roster.

The role combines cafe service, guest support, sales and light administrative tasks within a dolphin safari tourist office. It is suited to someone friendly, reliable and proactive, with a strong customer-service approach and the ability to work efficiently in a guest-facing environment.

Guest services and cafe duties include:

• Welcoming and assisting guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Taking, preparing and serving food and beverage orders efficiently.
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation in the cafe and service areas.
• Handling customer enquiries and helping provide a high-quality guest experience.
• Promoting and selling dolphin safari tours, refreshments and related products.
• Providing basic information about tours, schedules and services to customers.
