This role includes handling reservations by phone, email, and online platforms, managing booking amendments and cancellations, responding to guest enquiries, and providing administrative support across the reservations and rooms division functions.
Applicants should have strong customer service and administrative skills, attention to detail, a calm and solution-focused approach, and fluent English.
