Applicants should have retail or customer service experience, fluent English and Spanish, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, confidence using computers and Microsoft Office, and a positive, approachable and professional attitude. The role includes assisting customers in store, managing stock and displays, supporting daily shop operations, keeping the shop clean and well presented, providing excellent customer service, and representing the Rock Pools brand.
