The Lounge Gastro Bar is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join its busy kitchen team.

The role includes assisting with preparation and mise en place as part of a professional kitchen operation.

This is a full-time position on a five-day week, with no split shifts and two days off together.

Requirements include:

• Previous experience as a chef de partie or in a similar kitchen role.
• A good command of the English language.
