The Bridge Cocktail Bar & Lounge in Ocean Village is looking for an experienced Bar Manager to lead day-to-day bar operations and help deliver an exceptional guest experience.
The role includes leading the team on shift, managing stock, ordering and supplier relationships, and maintaining strong standards in cost control, cash handling, POS use, daily reporting, health and safety, and licensing compliance.
Candidates should have previous experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender/Supervisor in a quality cocktail bar, lounge or high-volume venue. Fluent English and Spanish are essential. Applicants should also bring strong cocktail, spirits and wine knowledge, people leadership skills, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
