Victory Suites Aparthotel in Gibraltar is recruiting an Assistant Receptionist & Concierge to join its front-of-house team.

The role is for 30 hours per week, Wednesday to Sunday, based at Devil's Tower Road. Interviews are taking place now and the team is looking for the right person to start as soon as possible.

The role includes:

• Welcoming guests and handling check-ins.
• Bookings, enquiries and guest messages.
• Keys, access control and deliveries.
• Local recommendations and reservations.
• Liaising with housekeeping and maintenance.

Applicants should have:

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• A positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Previous hotel or customer-facing experience, preferred but not essential.
• Excellent English. Spanish is an advantage.
