Assistant Manager

Tapas by Gauchos, a successful high-end tapas restaurant in Chatham Counterguard, is looking for a full-time Assistant Manager to join their team.

This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, good knowledge of Spanish cuisine, and a particular understanding of tapas. The successful applicant should be confident working in a busy restaurant environment and able to help support the smooth running of daily operations.

Applicants must have at least two years’ experience as an Assistant Manager and be able to speak both English and Spanish.
