Romanian Junior Fraud Analyst
Job Description:
SRG have been appointed to recruit a Romanian Junior Fraud Analyst for a leading online gaming company in the heart of the gaming world, Gibraltar.
As part of a growing international team your responsibilities will be:
Investigate new customers account using various fraud prevention tools, including
Making ID checks and phone checks to identify potential risks to the company in accordance with internal guidelines and polices.
Requirements:
Ability to adhere to clearly defined fraud prevention processes and policies
Ability to manage a high amount of various tasks
Accuracy and attention to detail
Analytical driven approach, being able to identify, review and prepare reports in a structured manner
Customer service orientation and excellent communication skills to establish a working relationship with internal and external customers
Excellent English language skills, Romanian on a native level
Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel
