Job Description:

Our clients are a dynamic forward thinking online gaming company whose main operations are based in Gibraltar. They are looking to recruit an E Commerce Website Analyst on a permanent basis to support and enable business change.

The successful E-Commerce Web Analyst will responsible for providing customer insight via statistical analysis to enable effective decision making.

Other areas of responsibility for the E-Commerce Web Analyst role:

-Tracking of new site developments

-Website investigations

-Specify and project manage implementation of tracking tags

-Measure impact of new site developments

-Communication of all issues to key stakeholders

-Traffic Analysis

-Data mining

-Assisting in testing

The successful E-Commerce Web Analyst will have experience in Web Analytics solutions (Unica; Omniture; Google Analytics), and data reporting/data mining (Crystal Reports, FastStats, SQL). The E-Commerce Web Analyst must be able to understand their customer and think like their customer. The E-Commerce Web Analyst must understand web best practices and web conversion metrics. The E-Commerce Web Analyst must understand javascript, AJAX, and understand core website functionality. You must also have experience of large data sets, high transactional environments, writing queries, and structuring reports.

Knowledge of Orbis would also be beneficial.
