Job Description:

The Person

• A proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who has a flexible approach to work and understands the importance of providing a professional service to customers.

• Confident to make decisions with the ability to exchange, analyse, and interpret information.

• You will have a flair for influencing people and finding solutions in a fast paced environment as part of a team in a diverse cultural environment.

• You should possess logical reasoning skills with an analytical approach and be willing to work shifts.

The Role

• Handling customer inquiries via e-mail/phone; including but not limited to games and cashier related issues

• Assessing individual issues and taking appropriate action to ensure customer needs are met

• Working in coordination with other teams based at different locations that share similar objectives

• Escalating system anomalies and general issues faced by customers to the relevant party

• Understanding Standard Operating Procedures and delivering service / quality standards to agreed levels

Essential Skills

• Native German speaker

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to perform well in a multi-task/cultural and ever changing dynamic environment

• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications

• Knowledge of other languages of advantage desirable

• Educated to degree level or equivalent

• Basic knowledge of online gaming – games and payment processing.

Job Description:

This role is to join an established and expanding operator within the iGaming industry at this Gibraltar based headquarters.

The Customer service department is responsible for providing an exceptional service to all our customers, ensuring a positive experience and high levels customer of satisfaction.

The role:

• Provide first line customer support, handling and resolving queries via phone, email and live chat. This is a high volume and fast paced environment; you will be expected to maintain the rapid response rate according to the agreed standards.

• Proactively contacting customers via telephone and chat promoting, following a predetermined sales structure/process to maximise business opportunities.

• Working closely with other internal department for assistance in the resolution of customer queries.

• Escalating issues to second line/other departments where necessary.

• Ensuring accurate communication both to our customers, internally and also with the recording of customer contacts and regarding customer account information.

• Day to day administrative tasks on request.

• Providing information to management and co-workers, via phone, email or in person.

What does the role require?

• Excellent communication skills, with high levels of spelling and grammar.

• An honest, enthusiastic, passionate and resilient character.

• Confidence and strong interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English and ideally a native level of German.
