Your Position

In this challenging position you are working in the Controlling department. You are part of an international team with three other management accountants / business analysts and directly report to the Team Lead. You closely work with colleagues from other departments as well as external business partners, contributing to the smooth operation and optimisation of all revenue recognition and management reporting related processes.

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for the revenue recognition process regarding a specified group of business partners including the production of monthly invoices and sales journals

• Perform reconciliations of data across various systems and departments to ensure audit compliance

• Sole responsibility for Debtor management

• Analysis of monthly results of our business partners including production and reporting of KPI’s and profit margins e.g. via dashboards

• Assist the Team lead with additional and ad hoc requirements

• Assist in the creation of monthly reports in accordance with IFRS

Your Profile

• ACCA / ACA / CIMA part qualified or AAT fully qualified

• Alternatively, University degree with outstanding academic records and an emphasis on management and / or financial accounting

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an online company

• Knowledge of IFRS accounting methods. Up to date knowledge of IAS 18 and IAS 11 as well as related IFRIC interpretations

• Highly proficient in the use of MS Office products, especially Excel (e.g. lookup functions and pivot tables) and PowerPoint.

• User experience with OLAP databases (e.g. Hyperion Essbase, Palo) and/or ERP databases (e.g. Sage) is an advantage
